Everyone loves to dream. And, for most those dreams can come true. However, for many this is impossible due to limited resources, means or abilities.

Through the Choices that can Change Lives Fund we will build partnerships with families, Community Living Toronto staff, the corporate community and partner agencies to make dreams come true by providing grants to help individuals learn new skills, further develop talent, purchase equipment or extend the supports they already receive to assist with volunteer activities, work, go to school or even visit friends or family that may live in another city.

We will also provide grants to help families who may need extra relief and respite support – relief that they would otherwise not be able to afford.

From trips to tutoring, to a bicycle or a baseball glove, dreams can come true!
